REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available in limited circumstances as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • Refunds are not provided once the final design has been delivered to the client and/or print vendor.

2. Partial Refunds

  • If work has already begun but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the discretion of Tung&Cheeky.

  • The consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds in Certain Cases

  • If the final design files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the creative direction if it aligns with the agreed-upon project scope.

  • Any failure to print or issues arising from third-party services are not grounds for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to Support@TungandCheeky.com

  • Refund requests must include a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method excluding holidays and/or weekends.

5. Changes to This Policy

Tung & Cheeky reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
